Dr. Mujtaba completed his training in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York, an affiliate of Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He further pursued specialized training in liver disease at Columbia University Medical Center, NY.

Throughout his career, Dr. Mujtaba has been recognized for his excellence in medicine and leadership. He was honored with the Sheba Warman Award as the Best Intern of the Year in 2005 and later received the Chairman’s Award upon completing his third year of residency. He was also selected as Chief Resident and earned the Exceptional Leadership Award in 2008.

Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Mujtaba enjoys spending time with his wife and their three daughters. In his leisure time, he is passionate about soccer, golf, and cricket.
